Black Almas

Chef Stéphane Gatumel

As a chef, I’ve had the opportunity to use a lot of different caviars on my menus, but I’ve chosen Black Almas Caviar for more than 7 years.

I admire the Imperial gold caviar, the colour, grain size and flavour of this caviar is very pleasant.

My first taste of Imperial Beluga was a unique  moment, I love it for its exceptional taste and remarkable quality, and I treat this black diamond with love and respect.
